この度は私たちイベント実行委員会のイベント開催用地のご提供のお願いに対しご興味を持っていただきましたことを大変感謝いたします。
私たちイベント実行委員会では、現在はのれん村内にてメイン会場を設ける形でのイベント開催を目標にしており、のれん村周辺にご来場者様用の臨時駐車場用地としてイベント開催期間中のみお貸しいただける土地を必要としています。また、サブ会場としての利用を行える土地もお貸しいただけると大変助かります。
将来的にはのれん村内を飛び出して、広く河口湖周辺にサテライト状にイベント会場が点在するようなイベントに成長していきたいと考えていますので、お貸しいただきたい土地が増えていくことは必定と考えています。
地主様にとって大事な土地をお借りして利用させていただくことは大変貴重なこととかが得ており、誠心誠意大事に利用させて頂く所存でありますので、是非ともご協力頂けましたら幸いです。

Our event executive committee is currently aiming to hold the event with the main venue set up inside Noren Mura, and we need land around Noren Village as a temporary parking lot for visitors.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you could lend us some land that can be used as a sub-venue.
We believe that renting and using important land is a very valuable opportunity for landowners, and we intend to use it with all our heart and soul, so we would be grateful if you could cooperate with us.

2024年開催予定のイベント
Events scheduled for 2024.
私たちイベント実行委員会は2024年に本格的にイベントを複数回開催する予定で準備を進めています。前出の通り、将来的には大きく広く開催していきたいと考えていますが、まず、本拠地であるのれん村のイベントからのスタートになります。
そこで、初めにのれん村周辺の地主様に土地の利用についてお許しをいただきたくお願い申し上げます。
まず、のれん村周辺の航空写真を使用して図解させていただきます。
Our event executive committee is preparing to hold multiple events in earnest in 2024. As mentioned earlier, we would like to hold events larger and wider in the future, but first we will start with an event at our home base, Noren Mura.
First of all, we would like to ask the landowners around Noren Mura for their permission to use their land.
We will use an aerial photograph of the area around Noren Mura to illustrate it.

左図の赤色の部分がのれん村になります。
のれん村右側の緑色の部分はイベント会場の一部として使用する目的でご支援いただきたい部分になります。
黄色とオレンジの部分が会場外で今回ご支援いただきたい候補地なのですが、他にもご支援いただける地主様がおいでの際には是非ご連絡を賜りたくお願い申し上げます。
黄色の部分は当イベントへの来場者様専用駐車場用地としての目的で使用する部分になります。
オレンジの部分はサブ会場用地としての目的で使用する部分になります。
The red part in the left image is Noren Mura.
The green part on the right side of Noren Mura is the part that we would like to request your support to use as part of the event venue.
The yellow and orange areas are candidate sites outside of Noren Mura that we would like landowners to support, but if there are any other landowners who would like to support us, we would appreciate it if you could contact us.
The yellow area is the area that will be used for the exclusive purpose of parking for visitors to events hosted by us.
The orange area will be used as a sub-venue site.
ご支援頂く土地の期間について
Regarding the period of land you will be supporting us with.
イベントは年間複数回開催する予定ですので、イベント開催期間のみ都度使用させていただくことになります。
現在、イベントは年3回ほどの定期イベントと、その間に福祉イベントなどの不定期イベントを行うことを最初の目標にしています。
ご支援頂く土地はイベント開催期間中と開催前の土地整備（土地の状況により日にちに変動があります。また土地整備には各種条件があります。）及び開催期間終了翌日の清掃等に1日になります。
土地の整備はボランティアによる奉仕により行われますので、整備作業日や期間は特に定まってはいませんので、地主様とのお話し合いをさせていただき決めさせていくように考えております。
The event is scheduled to be held multiple times a year, so it will only be used during the event period.
Currently, our initial goal is to hold regular events about three times a year, and irregular events such as welfare events in between.
The land you support is for one event, and it will be used for several days for land preparation before the event (Dates may vary depending on land conditions. There are also various conditions for land preparation.), use during the event period (varies depending on the event), and the day after the event ends. This will include an additional day for cleaning, etc.
Land maintenance is carried out by volunteers, so there is no set date or period for maintenance work, so we will discuss this with the landowner before deciding.
ご支援頂く土地の管理について
Regarding the management of the land that you will support us with.
ご支援いただいた土地につきましては一定の条件においてイベント実行委員会のボランティアによる草刈りや整地（極端な凸凹の均しなど）等を行い、使用目的に叶うよう整備させていただきます。尚、整備には砂利等をひいたりの重整備は含まれません。
整備は各イベントごとの必要に応じてイベント開始前に数日間に渡り行わせて頂く予定です。
イベント期間中は出来得る限りのボランティア人員を配置してご来場者様の案内を行い、安全管理を行う予定です。
イベント終了後はボランティアによる清掃などを行い、できるだけ整備後の状態へ復帰を試みてお返しいたします。
Under certain conditions, volunteers from the event executive committee will mow the grass and level the land (evening out extremely uneven areas, etc.) to ensure that the land you support meets the intended use. Please note that maintenance does not include heavy maintenance such as spreading gravel, etc.
Maintenance will be carried out over several days before the event starts, depending on the needs of each event.
During the event period, we plan to deploy as many volunteers as possible to guide visitors and manage their safety.
After the event, volunteers will clean up the property and return it to its original state as much as possible.
ご支援頂く場所の特定や条件について
Regarding the identification of locations and conditions for support.
ご支援頂く土地の特定につきましては、大まかな指定（誤差3メートル以内もしくは接する境界線の短い方の5％以内のいずれか短い方程度）によりお話をさせて頂き、できるだけ早期に地主様の立ち会いのもと、正確な場所をご指定頂きまして杭打ちなどで境界線を確定させていただきます。
設置した杭は、ご支援期間中（複数のイベントでご支援頂く場合には全てのイベントが終了するまで）破損や腐敗などで識別困難になった場合、地主様の立ち会いのもと再設置いたします。
一度設置した杭はご支援終了後の撤去は行いません。
ご支援いただきます土地に関しまして、無償にてご支援いただきます地主様に整地などの負担を求めることは有りません。
また、使用後の清掃等もできる限りの誠意を持って執り行います。
大きく深い轍などの痕跡はできる限りの誠意を持って整地いたします。
Regarding the identification of the land for which we would like to receive support, we will discuss with you a rough designation (within an error of 3 meters or within 5% of the shortest boundary line, whichever is shorter). Next, in the presence of the landowner as soon as possible, we will specify the exact location and establish the boundary line by driving stakes, etc. If the installed stake becomes difficult to identify due to damage or rot during the support period (until all events are completed if you are supporting multiple events), we will reinstall it in the presence of the landowner.
Piles once installed will not be removed after support ends.
We do not ask landowners, who support us free of charge, to bear the burden of leveling the land.
In addition, we will perform cleaning after use with the utmost sincerity.
We will clear the land of traces such as large, deep ruts with the utmost sincerity.
