この度は私たちイベント実行委員会のイベント開催用資材のご提供のお願いに対しご興味を持っていただきましたことを大変感謝いたします。 　私たちイベント実行委員会では、全員参加型イベントとしてのれん村を起点に「みんなで作る楽しいイベント」を目指して活動しています。

2023年8月5日に試験的に開催いたしましたイベントでは、お客様やボランティアそして知人などの皆様から机や椅子 などをお借りして開催いたしました。　おかげさまで皆様の温かいご支援で、小さくても温かい良いイベントが開催できました。

しかし、急な開催決定であったことも有って、絶対的な数量は不足しており、今後永続的にイベントを行うに当たって、数々の問題を勉強させていただいたのも事実です。

机や椅子の数量不足に加え、イベント開催をアピールし、雰囲気を盛り上げる手段である様々なものが必要であることがわかりました。

そこで、イベント実行委員会のこの取り組みにご賛同頂ける皆様の中で、私達に不足している物資を支援していただける方を募集しています。　イベントの継続開催に向け、是非皆様のお力をおかしください。

また、物資の調達に関しまして、現物のご支援のお願いの他に、クラウドファンディングも行っていく予定ですので、皆様の暖かなご支援を頂けますよう、お願い申し上げます。

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your interest in our event executive committee's request for a materials for the event.
Our event executive committee is working to create a fun event that everyone can participate in, starting from Noren Mura.

The event was held on August 5, 2023, and we borrowed desks and chairs from customers, volunteers, and acquaintances. 　
Thanks to everyone's warm support, we were able to hold a small but warm event.

However, due to the sudden decision to hold the event, the absolute quantity of supplies was insufficient, and it is true that we had to study a number of issues in order to hold the event permanently in the future.

In addition to the lack of desks and chairs, we realized that we needed a variety of items to promote the event and liven up the atmosphere.

Therefore, we are looking for people who agree with this initiative of the event executive committee and would like to support us with the supplies we are lacking. 　 We would appreciate your help to continue the event.
