この度は私たちイベント実行委員会のイベント開催に対しご興味を持っていただきましたことを大変感謝いたします。 私たちイベント実行委員会では、全員参加型イベントとしてのれん村を起点に「みんなで作る楽しいイベント」を目指して活動しています。
2023年8月5日に試験的に開催いたしましたイベントでは、お客様やボランティアそして知人などの皆様から机や椅子 などをお借りして開催いたしました。 おかげさまで皆様の温かいご支援で、小さくても温かい良いイベントが開催できました。
今後、2024年からはしっかりとした事前告知を行い、本格的なイベントとして継続開催をするために準備をしています。
会場の大きさは変わりませんが、来場者数も大きく増えることと予想しています。
そこで、イベント実行委員会のこの取り組みにご賛同頂ける皆様の中で、イベント期間中にボランティアスタッフとして運営をお手伝いいただける方を募集しています。 イベントの継続開催に向け、是非皆様のお力をおかしください。
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in hosting an event organized by our event executive committee.
Our event executive committee is working to create a fun event that everyone can participate in, starting from Noren Mura.
The event was held on August 5, 2023, and we borrowed desks and chairs from customers, volunteers, and acquaintances.
Thanks to everyone's warm support, we were able to hold a small but warm event.
From 2024 onwards, we will give ample advance notice and prepare to continue holding the event as a full-fledged event.
Although the size of the venue will remain the same, we expect the number of visitors to increase significantly.
Therefore, we are looking for people who support this initiative of the event executive committee to help out as volunteer staff during the event period.
We ask for your continued support so that we can continue holding this event.

私達イベント実行委員会がボランティアスタッフの皆様にお願いしたいことは来場者の皆さまが快適に楽しめる空間の創出です。
会場内は基本的にセルフサービスですが、ご来場者様のご案内や車の誘導、会場を清潔に保つことや設営、撤収まで幅広く運営に関わって頂きます。
どうか、私達イベント実行委員会に皆様のお力を分けていただきたくお願い致します。
What we, the event executive committee, would like to ask our volunteer staff to do is create a space that all visitors can enjoy comfortably.Although the venue is basically self-service, you will be involved in a wide range of operations, including guiding visitors, directing cars, keeping the venue clean, and setting up and tearing down the venue.
We would like to ask you to share your support with our event executive committee.
イベントの内容により開催日数や開催時間帯が異なりますが私達イベント実行委員会ではボランティアスタッフへの負担を軽減するためにシフト制を導入いたします。（下記に見本として仮のシフト表を掲載させていただきます。）
ボランティアスタッフの皆様には熱中症対策も兼ねて専用のフリードリンクを提供させていただきます。
また、食事も簡単なものですが適宜提供させていただきます。
スタッフ専用の駐車場もご用意致します。（駐車台数に限りがあるので、なるべく乗り合いでのご利用をお願いします。）
ボランティアスタッフに年齢や国籍、性別による制限はありません。みんなで仲良く、楽しんで運営に参加していただけることが大切です。来場者も、運営側も、みんなで楽しく、「来てよかった！」「やってよかった！」と言える素敵なイベントを創りましょう！
The number of days and hours will vary depending on the content of the event, but our event executive committee will introduce a shift system to reduce the burden on volunteer staff. (An example of the shift table is posted below for reference.)
We will provide free drinks exclusively for volunteer staff to prevent heatstroke.
We will also provide simple meals as appropriate.
We also have a parking lot exclusively for staff. (The number of parking spaces is limited, so please carpool if possible.)
There are no restrictions on age, nationality, or gender for volunteer staff. It is important that everyone gets along well and has fun participating in the operation. Let's create a wonderful event where everyone, both visitors and organizers, can have fun and say, "I'm glad I came!" and "I'm glad I did it!"

ボランティアスタッフのシフトの一例（見本）
An example (sample) of shifts for volunteer staff.
図は架空のイベントにおける開催時間中のボランティアスタッフのシフト例です。
1シフトあたり実働2時間半に食事時間30分で合計3時間を見ています。複数シフトをお手伝いいいただけるボランティアスタッフの方には昼食か夕食（複数シフトの時間帯によってはその両方）、を1回と各シフトに対応した休憩時間に割り振って行います。
シフト間には引き継ぎや着替えなどの時間として30分ほど重ねてあります。
Aシフトのボランティアスタッフの方々には設営のお手伝いもお願いします。（机や椅子を組み立てて並べたり、イベントによっては自立タープテントを組み立てて設置したり、パイロンなどの設置などの軽作業です。）
Gシフトのボランティアスタッフの方々には撤収のお手伝いもお願いします。（机や椅子を畳んでしまったり、イベントによっては自立タープテントを畳んでしまったり、会場や駐車場の清掃などの軽作業です。）
Zシフトのボランティアスタッフの方々には地主様のご厚意でお借りした駐車場をメインに会場の清掃や備品の最終撤収のお手伝いをお願いします。（付近の公道も含む）

The figure shows an example of volunteer staff shifts during a hypothetical event.
Each shift consists of 2.5 hours of actual work and 30 minutes of meal time, totaling 3 hours. For volunteer staff who can help out on multiple shifts, we will provide one lunch or dinner (or both depending on the time of the multiple shifts), and break times that correspond to each shift.
There is approximately 30 minutes between each shift to allow time for handing over work content and changing clothes.
Volunteer staff on shift A will also be asked to provide additional help with setup. (Light work such as assembling and arranging desks and chairs, assembling and setting up free-standing tarp tents depending on the event, and setting up pylons, etc.)
We would like to ask the G Shift volunteer staff to provide additional assistance with the removal. (This is light work such as folding up desks and chairs, folding up self-supporting tarp tents depending on the event, and cleaning the venue and parking lot.)
Z Shift's volunteer staff will be mainly responsible for cleaning the venue, mainly in the parking lot that was kindly borrowed from the landowner, and helping with the final removal of equipment. (Including nearby public roads)

現在、イベントの開催は2024年は中頃からを予定しています。
イベント実行委員会では、鋭意準備中ですが各イベント毎のボランティアスタッフの募集に関しましては今暫く準備期間をいただきたく思います。
従いまして、実際の募集は未だ行えない状況ですが、出来得る限り早くの募集開始をしていくつもりですので、どうかお気に留めていただきたく、お願い申し上げます。
